Air

Air

Austin Vaughan, Contributor '22

The invisible- creating, yet unseen.

The silent- surrounding, yet unheard.

The impermeable- live-giving, yet untouchable.

In the end, air is a loving parent.

Hot or cold, it brings comfort.

Calm or harsh, it gives form.

Thick or thin, it fills with life.

Air is life.

It ebbs and flows.

It rises and falls.

It defines you and I.

I am air, you are earth.

Unstoppable force, immovable object.

I shape you, you shape me.

No start, no end.

Air’s has no end.

It is changed, transmitted.

Transmitted into all.

And all breathe out the air.
