Abby Blum, "52"

This Scholastic season, there was a wide range of CCDS students who earned multiple awards for their artwork and writing. We had 17 photography students earn Honorable Mention awards, 11 earn Silver Keys, and 4 earn Gold Keys. Excitingly, Lila Joffe was one of four winners in the entire tri-state area to receive a Gold Key for her portfolio. Ella Beyreis and Pooja Kantemneni were recognized for their amazing writing as well, with Ella earning a Gold Key and multiple Honorable Mentions, and Pooja’s Honorable Mention. Before the scholastic awards came out, I was extremely impressed by all the entries I saw and was disappointed to hear that some of them didn’t rank, but nevertheless, all of our students did a fantastic job representing the arts at Cincinnati County Day and should be incredibly proud of themselves.
