Neon is back in from the 1980s this fall, and as you may have already noticed, a group of inconspicuous Middle School girls in highlighter pants and retro Nike shoes already got the message. If you’re in need of neon, American Apparel is a great place to shop. They have a million different colors of everything—including neon. You can wear pretty much neon anything: headbands, leggings, skirts, dresses, shoes … you get the point.
One-shoulder dresses are back and can show off your retro style! With the new Nordstrom coming into the Kenwood Mall, there will be plenty of one-shoulder options made by a variety of designers.
Jumpsuits look great on girls with long legs, so maybe we’ll catch Mrs. Dunn in a romper at golf practice. Also, if you have nice shoulders, the strapless top is a great way to show them off.
Wallabies are the new it shoe for school. If you don’t have Sperry Top-Siders already, it’s too late now, so invest in a pair of these. They have been spotted on trendsetters like Will Fritz, Wyatt Tiffany, and Liza Cohen.
Pink is back in style for fall. All different shades are in so wear whatever looks best you’re your skin tone. Black is no longer the new pink, a comeback sure to please Ms. Floyd!
The bob hairstyle will never run out of the same, so if you don’t want to deal with your hair at sports practices this is a great option. It cuts down your styling time and is easy and cute to wear. Just look at the popularity of the college bob among CCDS alums! BT
