February is Black History Month, when we recognize famous African Americans from Martin Luther King, Jr., to George Washington Carver; Duke Ellington to Rosa Parks and the important contributions they’ve made to the country and the world. The Black Cultural Workshop (BCW) presents a short, two-part film entitled “Black History” honoring these great Americans, directed by Todd Legette,’10, and featuring a rare track from the popular 1980s rap group Run DMC.
